We have successfully completed another week in lock-down. Go us! It's been a rough ride but maybe there is a small light at the end of the tunnel? This coming Monday the Prime Minister will make an announcement. Fingers crossed its a move to level 3, if not we will grin and bare it. Life will continue on regardless of Monday.
A quick thank you to the staff that helped out at the Hospital. Your time, effort and dedication to getting it operational is very much appreciated.
Words of wisdom from one of the crew "When you change the quality of your thinking, you change the quality of your life, sometimes instantly. Just as positive words can make someone smile or a well-timed humorous quote can make someone laugh, our thoughts react to the world in real-time."
Another staff member thought about this "Balancing mental, physical, spiritual and social well being and taking this time to reassess and be self aware. Many of us have our strengths and weaknesses and can put a plan of action for the things we can control and make a positive impact on our lives. Learn a new skill, spend time actively engaged with family or friends, connect to your community to give back and put in some effort to get in shape, kick a bad habit and push yourself. There are few times in our lives that we are healthy can take the time to look inward and make positive change. Be true to yourself and be the best you possible. "- Haoura Maori

We will all know more once the Prime Minister delivers her press conference on Monday. Fingers crossed we will move to Level 3. If or when this happens and what it will look like will become clearer. Max is currently working through the how-to, what can we do, who does what, when and where scenarios. Whilst everyone is keen to get back to work we need to follow procedures as set out by the government and ensure we remain safe.
Patience is a virtue so they say and we would appreciate yours once the PM does her thing.
