The referring party must notify the referred person and seek consent for their details to be given to Max People Ltd.
There are no limits to the number of qualified referrals an individual can make.
Candidates can only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred more than once, only the first person to refer that candidate will be eligible for a reward under this scheme.
Max People ltd reserves the right to vary or terminate all or part of the terms of the referral scheme at any time without notice.
In the event of any dispute, Max People Ltd decision is final.
