Max People Update Week 4

Alert level 3 is a coming!

Alert level 3 is coming!

We've been successful so far so let's push through the next two weeks with the hope of moving to Alert level 2.

Discussions with Clients continue on. Several have indicated they will be returning to work next week and have submitted their Covid-19 plans to us to review. As mentioned in a previous email they are all very similar and are in-line with the current protocols. So we are all on the same page!

Good to see the construction industry coming together, with the focus on keeping everyone safe. If we are successful then the standards have been set for the rest of New Zealand.

Keep up the good work!!!

The final word

In the words of Dr. Seuss

“And will you succeed? Yes, you will indeed! (98 and 3/4 percent guaranteed.)”

Of course there are no 100% guarantees in life, but when you have a positive mindset like the one this quote instils you’ve got a pretty good shot at getting it right.

Success begins in the mind, and if you go in with a defeatist attitude you’ll surely come up short. Just think of what you could accomplish if you had the belief that you would succeed.

You don’t need to be completely assured of success, it’s good to have a bit of a possibility of failure or it wouldn’t be interesting. Just go into it with the confidence that there’s a high chance of success for you.

Be safe, be strong and keep the smile on your dial. Take it easy out there team!
