About The Role:

We’re on the hunt for skilled Civil Workers to join major infrastructure projects in Marlborough! You’ll be working on retaining walls, soil anchors, I-beams, and piling – ideal for those confident across all areas of civil construction. If you’ve got a strong safety mindset and enjoy working in remote areas, this is the opportunity for you. You’ll also chip in wherever needed onsite, helping to deliver top-quality work with a great crew.

• $65 per day meal allowance!

• 4 hours paid travel each way to and from Marlborough!
• Week 1: Monday to Saturday (full days)
• Week 2: Monday to Friday (half day + travel home)

What You Will Be Doing:‍

• Building retaining walls and installing anchors
• Driving and placing I-beams
• Piling and ground preparation
• Operating wheels, tracks, and rollers
• Assisting across the site as needed
• Maintaining high safety standards in remote areas

What We Require:‍

• Proven experience across all areas of civil construction
• MUST have WTR endorsement (Wheels, Tracks, Rollers)
• Strong health and safety knowledge, especially for remote work
• Physically fit, reliable, and a great team player
• Willingness to work away from home
• Ability to work safely with minimal supervision
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
