About The Role:

With exciting projects lined up for 2025, we’re looking for an experienced Drainage 2IC to support our Foreman and help drive success on-site.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Working alongside the Foreman to oversee a team of drainlayers, operators, and labourers
• Assisting in planning and coordinating daily tasks for smooth operations
• Supporting training and mentoring of team members
• Reading and interpreting drainage plans to ensure accurate execution
• Communicating with site management and clients to keep projects on track
• Upholding health, safety, and environmental standards on-site
• Handling site admin tasks such as timesheets, progress photos, and documentation

What We Require:

• Experience in civil drainage projects
• Knowledge of drainage processes and industry standards
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Relevant trade qualifications (Level 4 Infrastructure Certificate preferred)
• CCC approved (preferred)
• Understanding of Health & Safety regulations
• Current driver’s license and no criminal convictions
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
