Civil Labourers

About The Role: We’re seeking experienced Civil Labourers who are not afraid to take on varied tasks at our construction sites. If you’ve got experience in civil site works and love operating machinery, this could be the perfect fit for you.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating loaders & dumpers to move materials safely
• Using compactors to efficiently compact soil and other materials
• Assisting with boxing and pouring concrete for construction
• Spreading and levelling road metal for site preparation
• Handling general civil site works

What We Require:

• At least 2 years of civil labouring and machinery operation experience
• Proven reliability and punctuality
• A strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Preferred: Class 2 or Class 4 driver's license
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Valid Site Safe - we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug test
