Our client is a leading civil contractor and developer who takes residential and commercial developments from design to delivery. With a consistent forward workflow and in-house expertise, they are looking for a highly organised Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of their growing pipeline of projects.

What You Will Be Doing

• Coordinating multiple land development projects, from earthworks to infrastructure installation.
• Leading teams of supervisors, operators, and contractors to achieve milestones.
• Overseeing project planning, resource allocation, and progress reporting.
• Collaborating with in-house design and surveying teams for quality assurance.
• Maintaining strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Ensuring drainage and Three Waters standards are met across all projects.

• Proven Experience: Managing large-scale earthworks, hillside, and residential development projects.
• Expertise in Drainage: Solid knowledge of stormwater, wastewater, and potable water systems.
• Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to juggle priorities in complex projects.
