About The Role: We are seeking experienced Hammer Hands and Form Workers for upcoming construction projects. You will be working with traditional formwork systems, with opportunities to showcase your skills in large-scale projects. What You Will Be Doing:

• Setting up formwork systems
• Installing ply formwork and propping systems for concrete pours
• Reading construction drawings and ensuring precise formwork assembly
• Collaborating with carpenters and site managers
• Tying steel for concrete reinforcement when needed
• Maintaining health and safety standards on site

What We Require:

• Proven experience with traditional formwork systems
• Knowledge of ply formwork and propping techniques
• Ability to interpret construction plans
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and teamwork
• Own hand tools (preferred but not essential)
• Strong awareness for all things H&S
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Valid Site Safe and or Construct Safe - we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug test
