Registered Commercial Plumbers

About The Role: We're looking for several skilled and independent Plumbers to join a significant 7-story commercial project in Christchurch. Offering competitive pay rates, this role comes with large hours and the option for Saturday work. If you're a registered and licensed plumber, or an overseas qualified plumber with at least one year of New Zealand experience, this opportunity is perfect for you!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Reading and interpreting drawings for accurate plumbing installations.
• Installing pipework, valves, pressure pumps, tanks, and storage vessels.
• Ensuring backflow protection meets New Zealand standards.
• Installing and maintaining drainage systems to a high standard.
• Working on a 7-story building, ensuring quality across the board.
• Collaborating with other trades to meet project deadlines.

What We Require:

• Registered and licensed plumbers preferred.
• Overseas-qualified plumbers considered with at least 1 year of NZ experience.
• Proven ability to work independently on commercial projects.
• Experience with large, multi-story builds.
• Strong knowledge of backflow systems and drainage installation.
• Full hand and power tools required.
• Physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical drawings.
• Strong awareness for all things H&S
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Valid Site Safe - we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug test
