About The Role:

‍Are you a skilled Roller Operator ready to tackle exciting civil construction projects? We're seeking confident and competent operators to join our team, working just 10 minutes south of Christchurch Central. If you excel in operating rollers on tricky terrain and hill work, this is your chance to make an impact!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating rollers confidently on challenging terrains, including hill work.
• Delivering high-quality compaction for bulk earthworks and infrastructure.
• Maintaining plant machinery for efficient operation.
• Collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines.

What We Require:

• Proven experience operating rollers in civil construction.
• Competence with large plant machinery on tricky terrain and hills.
• R endorsement on your license (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s license (Class 1 minimum).
• Construct Safe or Site Safe certification (preferred).
• A proactive, safety-focused, and reliable attitude.
• Reliable transport.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
