What You Will Be Doing:

  • Perform all carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing, to the highest quality standards.
  • Work closely with other trades.
  • Ensure all work adheres to building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Read and interpret plans.
  • Identify and solve construction-related problems or challenges during the project.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, contractors.
  • Observe health and safety protocols on-site.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentice carpenters.

What Is Required Of You:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Carpenter, with a preference for experience leading a small team.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Trade qualification.
  • Full set of hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Awareness of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Class 1 driver's license and reliable transport.
  • Valid Site Safe - we can assist with this.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
