Senior Formworker & Hammerhands

About The Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Formworker, and Hammerhands to join our hardworking team on a project constructing concrete chambers just 10 minutes south of Christchurch.

‍Senior Formworker: This is a hands-on role for an experienced formwork pro who can lead by example. You'll be on the tools every day, guiding the team and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Experience with Formshore systems is a huge bonus.

‍Hammerhand: You'll support the team with boxing, general formwork duties, and site prep. If you're reliable, keen to work hard, and want to grow your skills with a solid crew, we want to hear from you!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Constructing and boxing concrete chambers
• Placing inserts and pouring concrete
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient site
• Leading and supporting the team on-site (Senior Formworker)
• Working both inside and outside the factory environment

What We Require:

• Proven experience in formwork or concrete construction
• Leadership skills and site management experience (Senior Formworker)
• Familiarity with Formshore or similar systems (preferred)
• Full PPE and Site Safe ticket (preferred – we can assist)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
