Skid Steer Operator

About The Role:
We’re after an experienced Skid Steer (Bobcat) Operator to jump on board with one of the busiest contractors in the game. You’ll be part of a skilled team working across a range of civil and construction projects, getting stuck into machine operation and general site work. If you’ve got loader or roller experience, that’s a real bonus!

What You Will Be Doing:

• Operating skid steer (Bobcat) machinery
• Site clean-up, levelling, backfilling
• Moving materials and assisting crew
• Conducting pre-start checks & maintenance
• Operating loader or roller (if ticketed)

‍

What We Require:

• Proven skid steer/Bobcat operating experience
• WTR endorsement – essential
• Loader or roller experience a plus
• Full Class 1 driver’s licence
• Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Strong work ethic and site safety awareness
