Are you a skilled Stainless Steel Welder or Metal Fabricator looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking experienced professionals to join our small, dynamic team where you'll work on a variety of large and small projects, covering all aspects of steel fabrication.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Stainless Steel Welder Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel components
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ensure high-quality welds and precision in all work
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks
Metal Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal structures based on blueprints
- Operate machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and rollers
- Cut, bend, and shape metal materials to precise measurements
- Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks
- Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines
WHAT WE REQUIRE:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of metalworking tools and techniques
- Ability to complete some projects with minimal to no supervision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Health & Safety awareness in a workshop environment
- Valid Site Safe or Construct Safe – we can assist with this
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Welding certifications (e.g., AS/NZS standards)
- Experience in custom fabrication and sheet metal work
- Forklift or crane operation experience (advantageous)
