What You Will Be Doing:

• Preparing ground and managing plant growth
• Selecting and harvesting flowers at peak maturity
• Grading flowers by size and quality
• Packing and dispatching flowers to customers
• Identifying hazards and ensuring a safe work environment
• Following established production methods and seeking improvements
