It's been a wild ride so far......mind you we are not quite there yet. As we edge closer to life as it was in the before times, we still need to maintain our physical distancing and washing our hands.
Over the last few weeks we have been asked to make some fairly major changes to our lives. This has affected how we work, how we relate, and what we can or can’t do.
As we move through this situation, take a moment to check in with yourself. How has this affected you? Has it made any difference? Are you worried, stressed and over it?
Catching the virus?
How long before we go back to normal?
The home bubble or the work bubble?
Feeling isolated?
Missing the whanau/ pamilya/ famille/ vuvale/ family?
Will the economy survive?
Worried about the kids, Mum, Dad or the Grandparents?
Wondering why a chefs hat has 100 pleats?
We are but human, its natural to think about things that are affecting us. Checking in with yourself and addressing issues is important as we move forward.
If none of the above works then check out the Company updates for some awesome jokes in our previous blogs which will give you a wee giggle. Remember laughter is the best medicine.
